Reserve your Event at White Eagle’s spacious Event Center

Our beautiful clubhouse and event center which was completed in summer 2018, offers an inviting lobby and lofted ceilings throughout, letting natural light and providing an open-air environment. Our spacious event room seats up to 200 guests comfortably.

Cocktail patio overlooking a picturesque waterfall garden, one of many professionally landscaped areas that can be used for photos. Delicious chef prepared catering with an array of options, giving your guests a meal they won’t forget. Top notch wait-staff, making sure you and your guests enjoy every aspect of your event. Professional bartenders ready to serve your guests from our fully stocked bar in both the event room and separate bar area. State of the art audio / visual capabilities, including wi-fi, to kick-off your business agenda or make sure your guests can dance the night away or catch big sport events such as the Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby, or of course, the last round of a PGA tournament.

Golf packages for event parties, including use of our indoor golf facility when the Wisconsin weather gets too chilly for use of our outdoor course.

Weddings & Receptions

White Eagle boasts a beautiful event venue, perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions. With two options for a ceremony (outdoor or inside) as well as a gorgeous indoor reception space. We can accommodate guests lists from 20 up to 175.

Our outdoor ceremony site is located on the private side of our clubhouse, and overlooks our 18th fairway and waterfall. All ceremonies include use of our manicured lawn, use of our adjacent parking lot making it convenient for your guests, as well as a walking path directly to the clubhouse. Chairs are rented separately through a vendor of your choice. Our staff can assist with set-up and teardown of ceremony space as needed.

The reception room inside comfortably accommodates up to 175 guests, with a full bar, permanent dance floor, large windows, rustic beams and a modern farmhouse feel. We customize the room set to match your event, making the room feel perfect for each occasion, whether it’s a ceremony, a reception, or both.

Additional amenities of the rental include: tables and chairs for 175 guests, complete linens and napkins, glassware and china, ancillary tables (head table, guest table, gift table, high tops, etc.), complete event set-up and tear-down.
